Regional Dealer Manager (Field Based)

Adecco Engineering are working in partnership with one of the UK's largest LPG suppliers for a Regional Dealer Manager based in North England. Our client has over 35 years' experience in providing alternative energy solutions to domestic and commercial customers and pride themselves on being a well-rounded organisation that places people at the heart of everything they do.

The key function of this role is to support profitable market share growth through managing relationships with existing dealers as well as supporting acquisition of new dealers. It is essential to have experience in managing re-sellers and distribution networks for this opportunity.

Key Responsibilities

• Be accountable for meeting and exceeding agreed targets in relation to volume, profitability, retention and contract statuses.
• Manage asset allocations to ensure that our client receive a contribution towards dealer growth.
• Ensure dealers remain under contract to support long-term planning and volume retention.
• Supporting the acquisition and development manager with on-boarding new dealers to grow our client's existing network.
• Deliver improvements to customer service throughout their sales journey.
• Support dealers in targeting profitable new business through sales campaigns.

Requirements/Essential Experience

• Experience in managing re-sellers and distribution networks.
• Experience in the LPG industry.
• Proficient user of Office 365.
• Ability to think strategically whilst being on top of day-to-day performances.
• Capability to build strong, long-lasting relationships.
• Excellent communication (written and verbal) skills.

What's On Offer

• Competitive salary: £40,000 - £45,000.
• Car allowance: £369 per month.
• Bonus scheme.
• Standard 37.5 hour working week.
