Salary: £48,000
Location: Southwark, SE1 8NJ + a few satellite offices in walking distance
Our client is recruiting for a Working Maintenance Supervisor to lead their building maintenance team at TFL’s Head Office in Southwark.
As Working Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising a multi-discipline maintenance team (4 Engineers) while also carrying out your own maintenance duties.
Supporting the Technical Engineering Manager, you will ensure compliance against the contractual SLA’s and support the compliant delivery of planned and reactive maintenance works across the hard services operation.
Additionally, the Working Maintenance Supervisor will understand how to deliver a seamless customer service while managing our client's maintenance programme to ensure an effective operational delivery.
The successful candidate will have good electrical and mechanical knowledge and managed an engineering team while delivering your own maintenance tasks previously.
The successful candidate will have:
- Previous team leadership / supervisor experience
- Proven building maintenance knowledge
- 18th Edition + NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation + ECS Card (Essential)
- Experience of planning PPM/Reactive programme
- Good understanding of SFG20 compliance
