Role: Building services engineer  
Location: Bristol
Shifts: Mon to Fri – 08:00-17:00

As a building services engineer, your responsibilities will involve the day to day running of sites around Bristol covering PPM’s and reactive maintenance.

These responsibilities will include:

• Provide a service that ensures all equipment is running to optimum performance.
• Working on air handling units, air conditioning units, completing filter changes, fault finding, repair work and emergency light testing.
• Operate all systems when on-site in a competent, effective, and efficient manner, adhering to relevant guidelines.
• 1 in 7 on call out.

What experience & qualifications the client is looking for?

• Mechanical, electrical or air conditioning qualifications would be advantageous.
• 2+ years of client facing experience, who have worked in facility maintenance.

• Teams meeting to be organised first, then a possibility of face-to-face interview if needed.
