About the Role:

As the Electrical Installation Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing and coordinating our company's installation activities. Working closely with the Management Team, you will ensure effective communication between staff teams, subcontractors, and customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Line manage and lead all installation-related works.
  • Schedule all installation works, including ordering and scheduling subcontractor works.
  • Regularly review sites in line with program requirements and monthly valuation procedures.
  • Report on completed work for monthly valuations and payment of subcontractors.
  • Inspect installation works to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations.
  • Serve as a point of contact between staff teams, subcontractors, and customers to ensure a smooth transition between installation and commissioning activities.
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures, including health and safety standards.
  • Represent the company as needed.

Management Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and manage the performance of all installation work through regular update meetings and annual reviews.
  • Collaborate with the Management Team to provide data reports for financial reporting, forecasting, and planning activities.
  • Initiate and conduct disciplinary/capability actions for subcontractors when necessary.
  • Coordinate installation-related works to ensure adequate coverage at all times.

General Responsibilities:

  • Ensure electrical test sheets are produced for all works and included with all Operation & Maintenance documentation.


Must Haves:

  • UK Full Driving License
  • Experience with Electrical installation within a commercial environment
  • Qualified electrician in a commercial environment
