£350 - £375 per day Outside Limited or PAYE Umbrella

The Company 

Our client, a Tier 1 Contractor in the UK are currently offering an interesting opportunity for a Senior General Foreman / Foreperson to join them on an exciting utilities water project. The company is one of the leading Infrastructure contractors working in the market today and have an excellent track record of delivering world class Civil Engineering projects. 

The Role 

As a General Foreman / Foreperson you will ensure works are executed safely, within programme and to the highest quality standards. You will work closely with the Site management team to coordinate and control site set up and will be responsible for managing both the direct workforce and the specialist sub-contractors. As Senior General Foreman / Foreperson you will write RAMS and be responsible for briefing the site team to ensure they fully understand the task, leading daily briefings, toolbox talks and ordering plant materials.

About you 

You will have experience as a Senior General Foreman / Foreperson or Supervisor in the water industry or other heavy Civil Engineering projects, ideally from a tier 1 background with experience in utilities. The most successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be adept at managing and coordinating teams and be able to demonstrate how to create and maintain a safe working environment.
