As the Production Manager, you'll be instrumental in overseeing and managing all aspects of the washing process. Your role will involve implementing operational plans and schedules, ensuring compliance with HSE regulations and company policies, whilst driving process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce costs. Additionally, you'll play a pivotal role in leading, mentoring, and developing our clients team members to foster a culture of teamwork and continuous learning.

As the Production Manager, you'll be instrumental in overseeing and managing all aspects of the washing process. Duties
- Oversee and manage all aspects of the washing process.
- Implement and monitor operational plans and schedules.
- Ensure compliance with HSE regulations, industry standards, and company policies.
- Evaluate production performance data, including efficiency, output, and product quality.
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase productivity and reduce costs.
- Lead, mentor, and develop team members, promoting a culture of teamwork and continuous learning.
- Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience is desirable, however, not essential.
- Knowledge of MS Office and process automation.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
