Graphic Designer
Graphic Design Specialist required for a long term contract Peterborough, Cambridgeshire (Min 12 Months, likely to become ongoing though).
Hybrid/Semi remote role – Much of the work can be carried out remotely, however will require travel to site when needed & at very least twice a month
£38 - £40 FCSA Umbrella (Role is deemed inside IR35_

1. £27 - £28 paye

Work on a wide range of projects and media, using various software programs to visualize and develop innovative graphic designs that meet business goals
Ideally previous portfolio would include some form of engineering, machinery or similar high value manufactured product.
Role Overview

• Create informative and entertaining graphics, photographs, audio, video, and other visual elements for visual communication media.
• Obtain input from managers to ensure that designs meet organizational standards and brand expectations, express ideas accurately, and represent the company appropriately
• Work independently as well as cooperatively with marketing team to conceptualize projects, write briefs, obtain materials, finalize designs, frequently communicate the status of all projects with stakeholders meet deadlines.
• Update and maintain internal databases for designs, photography, and video

 
Essential Skills

• Proficient knowledge and experience of the Adobe CC suite including Photoshop, Illustrator.
• Demonstrate a strong portfolio of graphics, photographs, audio, video, and other visual elements for visual communication media.
• Bachelor's degree in graphic design or a related field.
• Three or more years of experience in professional graphic design, preferably with a creative or marketing agency
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Understand effective communication concepts, tools and techniques.
• Ability to effectively transmit, receive, and accurately interpret ideas, information, and needs.
• Ability to effectively manage the business relationship with external providers (e.g. vendor..).
• Knowledge of different promotional and marketing communication techniques.

 


This role is inside IR35, and has a pay rate of £38 - £40 /hr FCSA Umbrella depending upon experience and qualifications
