Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer

Kettering, Northamptonshire

Monday – Friday (40 hours per week),

Week 1: 6am – 2pm

Week 2: 10am – 6pm

£36,000 - £43,000

Our client based between Kettering and Corby is seeking an experienced maintenance engineer to join their team. You will have both Mechanical and Electrical skills to carry out both pre-planned maintenance as well as reactive repairs.

Working as the sole engineer on site, you will carry out maintenance on plant equipment such as conveyors, elevators, motors, drivers & PLCS’s as well as some office facility maintenance.

This varied position will be working in confined spaces, at height and outside so this role would suit those that have no fear!

Due to the industry of this business, you will be required to work overtime during the summer, however in return you will be offered flexibility throughout the rest of the year.

What we are looking for:

• Proven maintenance experience in an industrial / manufacturing environment
• Strong Mechanical and Electrical skills.
• Strong fault finding and problem solving skills
• Ability to work in confined spaces and at height
• Flexible approach to work overtime during busy periods.
