Due to continued growth, our client is looking to increase the capacity within the commercial function,
Actively seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join our team. Providing Design and Build Project solutions to multiple depot clients nationwide, solutions provided include Civil Engineering, Construction, M&E, E&P, Track, S&C and Specialist Plant Works.
Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Quantity Surveyor. The successful candidate will be based in Leeds and expected to work from home / visit sites at times. The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for managing all aspects of cost control, including BOQ, cost management, cost planning, and cost reporting. The Quantity Surveyor will work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure project success and provide accurate timely information to the project team
Experience working for a Tier 1 or 2 contract is preferable within rail or civil engineering
