Maintenance Electrician

Location: Kingston-Upon-Thames

Salary: £37,000 per annum + overtime

We're seeking a skilled Maintenance Electrician to join our dedicated team, ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities.

Day to Day of the Role:

• Conduct planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across properties.
• Diagnose and repair electrical systems, plant, and equipment, ensuring safety and continuity of operations.
• Work independently and with General Maintenance Assistants to complete tasks efficiently.
• Participate in a rota, with potential working hours between 6am - 7pm, Monday to Friday.
• Drive between sites as required, maintaining a valid driver's licence.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Completed an apprenticeship in Electrical or equivalent NVQ/C&G level 3.
• Knowledge of Emergency Lighting - Fundamentals and Maintenance for compliance with BS 5266/BS EN 50172.
• 17th edition certified, willing to obtain 18th edition.
• Minimum of three years' experience in building repairs and maintenance.
• Proficient in using mobile electronic equipment and various tools.
• Capable of working at heights and performing physically demanding tasks.
