Role: Engineering Team Leader

£52,000 + 6% Pension + Training + Private Health Care + Holidays

Location: Liverpool

Shift: 4on 4off then 5on 5off 2 weekends off per month

The Company:

Our client is a leader in the systems integration business for the warehousing industry.

   The Role:

Your day-to-day responsibilities as an Engineering Team Leader will include:

Reporting to the Site Manager/Supervisor, the Team Leader will support managerial duties and ensure that our client provides a fully functional automation system for our exceptional customer service. 

This is a critical role, and the Team Leader will have experience in leading and coordinating a team of maintenance engineers and carry out hands on maintenance to ensure the plant runs smoothly and efficiently.

Requirements of an Engineering Team Leader

To be successful in your application as an Engineering Team Leader you must have the following skills or attributes:

• Must be a qualified engineer (NVQ Level 3 Electrical, Mechanical, or equivalent)
• Must have previous experience working as a Team Leader
• You must be a strong problem solver and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
