IT Field Engineer
We are looking for an experienced IT Engineer for a UK wide leading IT provider. This company are a growing and forward-thinking IT service provider.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install and technical support of various IT Infrastructure technologies within the home counties and London regions
- Working as a field engineer supporting clients with Windows, Server, Desktop queries
- Dealing with call outs for fault finding and repairs
- Providing an exceptional customer service
Essential Experience:
- Experienced in a wide variety of IT technologies such as VMware, Windows environments, office 365, Antivirus/IT Security, configuration and networking
- Technically sound engineer willing to take on additional training courses and upskill on new and emerging technologies
- Excellent communication skills with experience in a field-based tech support role
- Great time management and ability to work under pressure
Desirable Experience
- Microsoft certifications or equivalent
- CompTia, CCNA or CCNP certifications
