Are you a Lead Engineer/Maintenance Manager who enjoys the thrill and is looking for a days based role?  Due to millions of pounds of investment and growth within the business, we are looking for a Lead Engineer/Maintenance Manager to join one of the UK’s top tourist attractions.

You will work alongside the Head of Engineering, you will have experience leading a team and be a confident Multi -Skilled Engineer with experience working with hydraulics and pneumatics and the ability to read from schematic drawings, and most importantly be able to work from height.

If successful, you will be working a rotating shift pattern for the needs of the business, there will be ongoing training and development, and benefits such as free entry to the park, discounts on retail outlets and food and beverage.
  
The role of the Lead Engineer/Maintenance Manager

• Driving successful departmental performance
• Implement safe working practises.
• Assist with project work
• Support with compliance across the park
• Development, implement and maintaining safe working procedures
• Conduct one 2 ones, manage holidays/sickness and quality of work.
• Ensuring compliance is in place across the park and your workforce.

Skills and Qualifications required in this Lead Engineer/Maintenance Manager role:

• Level 3 Engineering qualification. (NVQ, BTEC or City and Guilds)
• Experience in leading a team
• Hydraulic and pneumatic experience
• Reading of schematic drawings
• Thorough understanding and experience of planned preventative maintenance.

Benefits of this Lead Engineer/Maintenance Manager Role:

• Basic salary of £38,000-£42,000
• Overtime paid at 1.5
• 30 days holiday
• Added benefits including free entry to the park and other parks within group
• Rotating shift pattern
• Off peak hours 6:30-3:30
