Role: Site Agent

Location: Gravesend, Kent

Pay: £50,000 - £55,000 + Car + Package 

We are currently searching for a Site Agent to become an integral part of a major water civil project for our Tier 1 client in the Kent area. 

Requirements:

• Demonstrated track record as a Site Agent in the water industry or relevant civil engineering projects (managing various aspects such as earthworks, structures, and groundworks).
• Effective leadership abilities, capable of efficiently overseeing site operations.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in project management techniques and construction methodologies.
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations and protocols.
• CSCS 
• SMSTS 
• HND/ HNC in Civil Engineering 

Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day site operations to ensure adherence to project milestones.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure project objectives are achieved.
• Enforce compliance with health and safety regulations on site.
• Prepare and manage project documentation, including progress reports and risk assessments.
