Your new role

• Providing BMS control system maintenance, service, and repair to proactively and responding to reactive works.
• Suggesting technical solutions focused on energy saving initiatives and sustainability.
• Monitor and assure the environmental controls within the building / specialist areas
• conform to the required specifications and tolerances.
• Responsible for equipment and services inspections, testing, planned maintenance,
• modifications and fault finding.

What you'll need to succeed

• A recognised apprenticeship and/or qualification in Electrical, HVAC or building services related discipline.
• Minimum of 2+ years of BMS monitoring and controls experience.
• A professional but friendly approach focused on providing high levels of service delivery.
• Requires an in-depth knowledge of BMS including Schneider or struxureware .
