Are you a skilled and experienced M&E Quantity Surveyor looking for your next challenge? Look no further! We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as we continue expanding our construction projects throughout the United Kingdom. Key Responsibilities:

- Manage costs relating to mechanical and electrical (M&E) engineering services within construction projects
- Ensure timely payment applications from subcontractors while maximizing profitability
- Evaluate contract documentation, including drawings, specifications, schedules of work and bills of quantities
- Provide support during tendering processes by analyzing pricing structures

Qualifications & Skills Required:

To be considered for this role, applicants must possess relevant qualifications such as BSc/MSc degree in quantity surveying or related field with at least 5 years' experience working specifically within the Construction Industry. The ideal candidate should also demonstrate excellent communication skills both orally and written form along with proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite especially Excel Spreadsheets.

Salary Package

We offer up to £75k per annum plus attractive benefits package inclusive health insurance plan among others which can be discussed upon successful application.
