We have partnered with a leading manufacturing organisation looking to appoint a Health, Safety, Environment and Quality Manager to lead at their site in Birmingham. As the Health, Safety, Environment and Quality Manager you will be accountable for driving change and developing the safety culture at this key site.

The Health, Safety, Environment and Quality Manager will be responsible for:

- Lead and Support on various site H&S matters
- Build relationships with key stakeholders across the sites, promoting the development of a positive culture and best practice
- Manage ISO Systems - 45001, 14001 and 9001
- Ensure all HSEQ training needs are fulfilled
- Audit site-based management systems to ensure full compliance

The Health, Safety, Environment and Quality Candidate will have:

- NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent NVQ
- Ideally IEMA Qualified
- Previous experience within an HSEQ role - within a manufacturing environment
- Ability to strongly influence various internal stakeholders
- Experience of maintaining - ISO 9001, 45001, 14001 systems
- ISO 9001 Lead Auditor trained is advantageous
