Hayley Group Limited has an exciting opportunity for a Graphic Designer to join our well-established and experienced Marketing team based at our Oldbury branch. You will join us on a full time, permanent basis and in return, you will receive a competitive salary.

About the role:

As our Graphic Designer, your role will entail working closely with colleagues and directly with our world-leading supply partners in making ideas come to life.

Working hours: 40 hours per week Monday to Friday.

Key responsibilities as our Graphic Designer will include:

• Working within specified brand guidelines.
• Possess the ability to work from creative briefs through to working with print providers.
• Collaborating with fellow members of the Marketing Department and Sales teams to guarantee the effective commercial activation of product portfolios.

Skills & Attributes we're looking for in our Graphic Designer:

• Experience within a commercial graphic design role.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign with practical experience.
• Capable of clear communication and maintaining a professional demeanour while interacting directly with colleagues and suppliers.
• Bachelor’s degree or professional qualifications in graphic design or relevant subject is desirable, although not essential.
