TXM Recruit are currently recruiting for a M&E Site Manager for our rapidly expanding client based in Milton Keynes. This will be working on industrial and commercial spaces throughout the UK.

As an M&E Site Manager your duties will be but not limited to –

• Day to Day management on site-based works
• Responsible for resources working on site
• Ensuring all works are delivered in accordance to the design
• Updating and keep record of site diaries
• Health and safety checks
• Site briefing and talks with engineers

The salary for this position will start from £45,000 - £50,000. Dependent on experience.

The working hours for this position are 08:00am – 05:00pm, Monday – Friday.

Requirements for the role –

• Time served as a Site Manager
• SMSTS
• Relevant CSCS card
• Full First Aid at work
• Math and IT skills

This is a permanent position with a benefits package which will be confirmed, including holiday and pension.
