Job Title: Sub-Agent - Water

Position Overview: As a Sub-Agent working on Yorkshire Water framework, you'll play a crucial role in the successful execution of water infrastructure projects throughout the region. Collaborating closely with our project management team, you'll be responsible for supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of projects to ensure they are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards of quality and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Site Agent and Project Manager in the planning and execution of water infrastructure projects, including pipeline construction, wastewater treatment facilities, and asset maintenance.
• Coordinate project activities, including scheduling, resource allocation, and subcontractor management, to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or issues, and implement appropriate mitigation measures to keep projects on track.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and project teams to facilitate effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality standards, regulations, and procedures at all times.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in the water sector and familiarity with Yorkshire Water frameworks preferred.
• Proven track record of success in assisting with the delivery of infrastructure projects, including planning, coordination, and onsite management.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
