Working on a continental shift pattern, days and nights, the maintenance engineer should be Electrically biased, holding City and Guild / NVQ qualifications and have at least 3 years experience in the maintenance sector.

- PPMs & Reactive maintenance
- Single and Three Phase Power, Motors, Generators (on/off load tests), UPS, LV/HV switching, Shutdowns, Emergency Lighting, Fire Alarm Test, AHUs, FCUs, VAVs, CRAC units, Sprinkler Systems, Pumps BMS Operation
- Organising subcontractors
- Quotations
- Health & Safety
- Logbooks
- Risk assessments
- Permits to work
Requirements
- City & Guilds / NVQ (or equivalent) qualification in Electrical Installations
- Career driven and motivated
- Polite and personable
- Minimum 3 years experience working in the maintenance sector
- Methodical approach
