Due to an increase in upcoming projects, there is now a need for a Mobile Water Technician to join this highly successful and forward-thinking organisation.

We are looking for a Mobile Water Technician who wants to work in a diverse role where no two days are the same.

As the Mobile Water Technician, you will provide the delivery of both planned and reactive FM maintenance services.

This is a field based Mobile position covering the Essex area. 

As the Mobile Water Technician, you will be responsible for:

• Maintaining customers' waterlog books and completing the necessary documentation according to current guidelines and company policy.
• Conducting a variety of water samples from multiple sector properties and document these samples in line with company procedures.
• Carrying out water system cleaning and disinfection in accordance with the Approved Code of Practice L8 and company procedures.
• Testing, servicing, and maintaining thermostatic mixing valves along with basic plumbing works where required. 

To be successful for this Mobile Water Technician role you must have:

• Full current driving licence
• Basic IT skills (Microsoft package).
• You must have excellent communication, organisational, and time management skills.   
• Previous experience in Compliance Servicing, Legionella Monitoring, or Water Treatment.
• Knowledge and experience in maintaining water systems are desirable.
