This is a trainee Motor Vehicle Mechanics Tutor post for a qualified and experienced Automotive Technician/Mechanic. No teaching experience is required for this post and full teacher training and support is provided.

Are you a fully qualified and time served Motor Vehicle Mechanic/Automotive Technician? Could you be interested in a Motor Vehicle Mechanics teaching position? I am currently working with a client based in Wolverhampton that is looking for a Tutor to teach automotive apprentice learners. My client is willing to take on a qualified mechanic/technician with industry experience and support them with teacher training.

Essential experience and qualifications:-

- A Level 3 qualification in Motor Vehicle 

- At least 5 years experience as an automotive mechanic or technician in the industry.

- A keen interest to work in education.

Job Description:-

Monday to Friday

Permanent - Full-time 

Provide theory and practical training to motor vehicle apprentice learners in both workshop and classroom environments. Curriculum, facilities and lesson planning is provided. You will be using your knowledge and experience to present and demonstrate topics and will be encouraged to share your industry experiences to give real world industry context.
