Coalesce Management Consultancy (CMC) have a consulting assignment available for a Test Lead to work on a project we have in the Warwick working on cutting edge Automotive and EV technology.

This requirement is expected to fall outside IR35. This is onsite in Warwick due to the nature of the work.

In order to meet the requires of the Test Lead position you should have:

• Experience managing teams
• Previous testing experience in a fast paced manufacturing environment
• Systems level and product level testing experience
• Be process driven and highly organised with experience dealing with test documentation.
• Ideally experience setting up test rigs
• Ideally have experience with systems integration
