There aren’t many Mechanical & Electrical Contractors in the East Midlands with a history spanning over 75 years. This is one of them, and they are looking for a Health & Safety Manager to be a huge part of their next chapter

Development and investment in the team is a key factor in the company’s way of working and this has led to low staff turnover and a closeknit team.

This Health & Safety Managers role is for a leading Mechanical & Electrical Contractor who have maintained a reputation for quality across all areas of the business. You will be working closely with the Senior Management & Leadership team and will be instrumental in maintaining excellence in all areas of Health & Safety across the business.

As Health & Safety Manager you will be:

  • Responsible for managing Health and Safety across the business
  • Ensuring all team members are compliant and that the company matrix is updated
  • Responsible for reviewing and populating CPP and RAMs
  • Educating and supporting the team members across the business in H&S matter, populating toolbox talks and implementing safety action.
  • Complete the annual renewal for our company accreditations (Construction line, CHAS etc)

We would love to speak to people who are currently working within the Building Services Sector as a Health & Safety Manager, SHEQ Manager or Health & Safety Officer. Finally, if you have any of the following qualifications, we would love to hear from you: IOSH, NEBOSH

As Health & Safety Manager your salary will be around the £50-60K region plus a Company car. As part of your employment with the company you will receive automatic enrolment in the bonus scheme as well as the pension scheme.
