Are you a Mechanical Inspector with experience of CMM, Faro Arms or similar looking to join an innovative and highly skilled team, that is consistently providing unique products for clients across the globe, with access to leading technology and diverse projects?

Located in Chorley, they cater to diverse clients ranging from small businesses to multinational corporations and governments, creating unique tools, products, and even life-saving medical machinery.

Generally, your responsibilities will include machining and welding inspection, utilising all manual measuring equipment to ensure the very highest quality of product leaves the business. You will undertake visual inspection of fabrication and welding using micrometres and gauging tools to ensure high standards of conformance.

The Role:

• Quality inspection of incoming materials in accordance with the quality system & procedures
• Visual inspection of fabrication and welding
• Use of CMM and Faro Arms to assess quality
• Inspection engineering parts and machinery to ensure compliance in a precision engineering environment
• Maintaining effective communication with clients and engineering teams
• Monday to Thursday 7.30am - 4pm (Friday 12.30 Finish)

The Person:

• Experienced mechanical inspector from an engineering or manufacturing background
• Looking to join an exciting company that values their staff.
• Commutable to Chorley
