Licenced Engineer - Nights (B1 / Aviation)

£60,000 - £65,000 + Generous Approval Bonus Scheme + Pay and Progression Opportunities + On-Site Parking + Night Shift Premium Pay

This role will involve ensuring scheduled and non-scheduled maintenance is completed under Part 145 control, whilst upkeeping quality and health & safety standards on the night shift. A suitable candidate will be confident in a client facing role looking to satisfy any customer request to the best of their abilities.

The Role:

• Manage the allocated night team of assigned engineers
• Set and ensure team hit financial, commercial and engineering targets
• Communicate progress through written reports and daily meetings
• Liaison with hanger management and third party support services
• Enforce in-house and external health and safety regulations
• Upkeep company quality standards
• Carry out quality monitoring of all schedules and non-routine work cards
• 4 on 5 off, 5 on 4 off from 1900 to 0900 hours

The Person:

• Full unrestricted B1 license
• Experience with one of the following types:
  • EMB 135 / 145 (Legacy 600 / 650)
  • EMB Lineage 1000
  • Phenom 100 / 300
  • Legacy 500 (Preator)
  • Challenger 604 / 605
  • Bombardier Global BD700
