Salary/Rate:
£55,000 - £65,000/annum car

Main Purpose of Job: Accomplish project objectives by reviewing and planning project activities; developing quotations, evaluating implementation and progress of project; monitoring and development of projects team.

Responsible for: Projects team  - Engineers, Estimators and Co-ordinators

  • Assess, create and deliver project quotations.
  • Ensure all materials are ordered in time to meet project deadlines and keep client updated with attendance and completion dates.
  • Ensure project documents are complete, current and appropriately stored.
  • Develop project work plans and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
  • Identify resources and assign responsibilities.
  • Manage day-to-day operational aspects of the projects department.
  • Work closely with relevant stakeholders to ensure effective and efficient implementation of the project(s).
  • Understand basic revenue models and profit and loss; meet financial objectives by forecasting requirements.
  • Support preparation of an departmental budget; scheduling expenditures; analysing variances and initiating corrective actions.
  • Work with developers and designers to define and document questions, liaise with business via email, IM or phone to get new requirements and explain feasibility.
  • Submit project status reports to stakeholders, plan software releases, anticipate and react to change.
  • Support Directors with accreditation papers during/after all jobs.
  • To carry out any other tasks as may be delegated by your superior to meet the overall needs of the business.
