Due to an increase in upcoming projects, there is now need for a Mobile Multi Skilled HVAC Engineer to join this highly successful and forward-thinking organisation.

We are looking for a Mobile Multi Skilled HVAC Engineer who wants to work in a diverse role where no two days are the same.

As the Mobile Multi Skilled Electrical Engineer, you will provide the delivery of both planned and reactive FM maintenance services, covering sites across the Midlands. 

The Mobile Multi Skilled HVAC Engineer, you will be responsible for:

• Providing and maintaining a high level of building maintenance support to our clients.
• You will be part of a team of multi-skilled technical support staff that ensure that the service provided meets the contractual requirements and complies with all relevant regulations and laws.
• You will assist in supervising contractors and sub-contractors and ensure compliance with all statutory obligations. 
• You should be capable of having a flexible approach to work and working hours with a pro-active and positive approach to work.
• You will be expected to effectively prioritise your own workload whilst assisting other engineers/staff with their duties as required. 
• You should have strong knowledge and be able to undertake all facets of maintenance and installation requirements as required in the scope of the contract
• Ensuring that the day-to-day planned preventative maintenance activities of building maintenance is completed in line with contractual obligations.

To be successful for this Mobile Multi Skilled HVAC Engineer role you must have:

• Qualified engineering Background – C & G 6187 or equivalent Air conditioning / refrigeration qualification
• Proactive and self-motivated
• Excellent communication skills (written & oral)
• Good IT skills with understaning of CAFM
• Challenging and inquisitive mind set.
• You should be committed to the delivery of excellent customer service.
• You should have a good understanding of current Health & Safety legislation and building Statutory Compliance and be able to apply this to the role.
• It is essential you can carry tools and equipment by hand of up to 20kg, 
• Full UK driving license.
