Manufacturing Technician 

Location: Vale of Glamorgan

£25000 - £30000pa 

Overview: We are seeking enthusiastic candidates to join our team as Manufacturing Operatives in the Vale of Glamorgan. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the assembly of cutting-edge Gyroplanes, VTOL (Vertical Take-Off and Landing) aircraft, and Hybrid Air Vehicles. Candidates with basic Mechanical Fitting or Mechanic experience are encouraged to apply, as this role aims to support and cultivate new skills within the aerospace manufacturing industry.

Responsibilities:

Assist in the assembly and manufacturing processes of Gyroplanes, VTOL aircraft, and Hybrid Air Vehicles.

Follow assembly instructions and mechanical diagrams to ensure accurate and precise assembly.

Perform basic mechanical fitting tasks, including component installation, fastening, and alignment.

Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and quality standards.

Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure safety and efficiency.

Participate in training programs and skill development initiatives to enhance manufacturing abilities.

Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company policies throughout the manufacturing process.

Requirements:

Previous experience in mechanical fitting, mechanic work, or a related field is preferred.

Enthusiasm and eagerness to learn new skills and contribute to a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity for handling small components and tools.

Ability to work effectively as part of a team and follow instructions accurately.
