Position: Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Service Manager

Location: Bromsgrove, West Midlands

Duration: Permanent

Salary: From £50,000 to £55,000 plus company car and a Quarterly and Annual Bonus

We are looking for and Experienced Service Manager with a strong technical working background in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration.

This position will be working for a branch of a very well established and recognised Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Company. This company have a great reputation within the Industry for providing an excellent service as well as supporting its engineers and staff.

The right person for this position will have a strong technical working background in air conditioning and refrigeration. They need to have the drive and passion to help grow and existing branch and team by continual encouragement and support as well as supporting clients.

This role will be office based, however this person will be expected to attend client meetings as well as supporting the engineers on site.

Requirements

• Strong technical background in air conditioning and refrigeration
• Must have experience managing a service or installation team
• Based in a commutable location to Bromsgrove
• Full UK driving licence
• Supportive to engineers and clients
• Ability to do some service sales
• Customer service focused
