Position Overview: Seeking a talented Principal Structural Engineer to lead an established design team, providing hands-on expertise and guidance. You'll collaborate closely with clients and stakeholders to deliver innovative structural solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
·Lead and manage a team of structural engineers, providing technical guidance.
·Conduct hands-on structural design and analysis for various building projects.
·Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand project requirements.
·Review and approve design documentation and reports.
·Mentor junior engineers and stay updated on industry trends.

Requirements:
·Bachelor's/Master's degree in Civil Engineering
·Chartered Engineer (or approaching) status (e.g., ICE, IStructE)
·Strong experience in structural design within the building sector
·Proficiency in structural engineering software
·Excellent communication and leadership skills
