Exciting opportunity to work for a leading FM Service Provider situated in Holloway, North London. CBW are currently recruiting for Mechanical Maintenance Engineers to be based in a commercial building located in Holloway, North London. The successful candidates will be mechanically biased (C&G / NVQ) with a proven track record in commercial building maintenance. Working with a small maintenance team on site, He or she will be required to carry out mechanical, electrical and fabric PPM & reactive maintenance.

- Shift - 12:00pm - 00:00am
- 4 on 4 off
- £24 per hour
- Starting Immediately
- City & Guilds / NVQ
- NVQ in Mechanical
- You must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates (Essential)
- A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
- An understanding of the following is essential: L8 Water treatment, Pumps, Air Handling units
- Multi-skilled
- Good communication skills
- Excellent customer skills
- Need to be able to travel back home after finishing at 00:00am
- Fire alarm testing and sprinkler testing
- AHUs/FCUs – filter changes, belt changes, actuator changes, coil cleans
- Pumps – PPMs or strip downs (replacing seals, bearings, valves, overhauls)
- Motors – PPMs (re-winds, overhauls)
- Water treatment – dipslides, pH & temperature testing, chlorination, chemical dosing
- Water pressurization units
- Chlorifiers – annual inspection, descaling
- Steam Plant
- Condensers, Condenser Returns
- Cooling towers
- Softeners
- Humidifiers
- Hydraulics
- Pneumatics
- Boilers – re-sets
- Chillers – re-sets, 1st Line faults
