£70,000 - £80,000 + Progression + Training + Paid Travel + Company Car

Are you a Degree Qualified Contract/ Project Manager with a background in Geotechnical/ Structural Steel or Civil Engineering looking to join a pioneering company dedicated to the restoration of historical buildings and underground basements where you will be recognised and instrumental in the future success of the business?

In this role, you will oversee all operational aspects of construction projects, ensuring seamless coordination from start to finish. You'll engage stakeholders, manage timelines and budgets, ensure compliance with safety regulations, handle commercial matters, and provide effective leadership to your team. Additionally, you'll analyse construction designs to identify potential risks or areas for improvement.

This role would suit a Contract/ Project Manager with a background in Geotechnical or Structural Steel who has experience in the restoration of basements and underground levels of historical buildings giving you exposure to unique projects and exposing you to challenges that will not find anywhere else, making the role both exciting and giving you the opportunity to propel your career as an integral part of the company.

The Role:

• Oversee all operational aspects of 30+ construction projects from start to finish, managing over 30+ team members simultaneously
• Liaise with stakeholders and ensure compliance with health and safety standards
• Manage various clients and customers with different construction schedules, budgets, and quality assurance requirements

The Person:

• Project Management background
• Experienced in ground works/ ground engineering construction/ contracting
• Degree in civil or structural or geological or geotechnical engineering
