Are you an experienced engineer with a background in forklifts, agricultural machinery, or plant equipment? Do you excel in diagnosing and repairing mechanical issues on-site? We are currently seeking a Forklift Field Service Engineer to join our team and cover the Northamptonshire area.

Responsibilities:

• Provide on-site maintenance, repairs, and servicing of forklifts and related equipment.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues and implement effective solutions.
• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure equipment reliability.
• Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide excellent service.
• Keep accurate records of service activities, parts used, and equipment status.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a field service engineer, preferably with forklifts, agricultural machinery, or plant equipment.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage your schedule efficiently.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Full UK driving license and willingness to travel within the Northamptonshire area.
