As a Fire & Security Service Engineer, you'll be responsible for maintaining and servicing fire detection, alarm, and security systems to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Fire & Security Service Engineer: As a core member of our team, you will be primarily responsible for servicing fire detection, alarm, and security systems, ensuring they are fully operational and compliant with regulations. Be part of the call out schedule.

2. Troubleshooting and Diagnostics: Utilize your technical expertise to diagnose and resolve issues promptly, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum efficiency of fire and security systems.

3. Customer Service: Build strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service, offering technical advice, and addressing their concerns promptly and professionally.

Qualifications and Skills:

• FIA qualified or have proven time served experience as a Fire & Security Service Engineer.
• Proficiency in servicing fire alarm and security systems.
• Strong knowledge of relevant regulations and industry standards.
• Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
• Outstanding customer service and communication abilities.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
