The Role:

As a part of the role the successful candidate will be working within our well established engineering department and will be required to deliver facilities management services across the Horncastle site. Working as part of the site-service team delivering support to all departments & Operations across our site.

Key Accountabilities:

• Adhere to Health & Safety policy and procedure at all times.
• Assist in light engineering tasks where required.
• Assist with compliance inspections across site.
• Effectively plan and prioritize workload.
• Arrange and work with contractors where required.
• Ensure consistency and quality of work at all times.
• To understand company performance measurements.
• Other duties in line with facilities maintenance/light engineering assistance.

The person:

• Trade skill/Craft experience – Construction/Engineering/Commercial/domestic.
• Experience in facilities maintenance or similar role.
• Domestic/Commercial plumbing experience.
• Trade qualifications such as Carpentry experience, welding/fabrications skills, desirable but not essential.
• CDM Experience, desirable but not essential.
• Factory or industrial experience, desirable but not essential.
