HVAC Technical Manager
Salary to £53k+bonus

THE ROLE
* Leading a small technical team, you'll be assigning workload and checking quality of pre-sales technical information, selections and quotes by your team.
* As part of the team, you'll be hands-on, most frequently working on large and complex projects providing technical and design solutions regarding HVAC equipment.
* Liaising closely with a range of customers to include M&E consultants and M&E contractors, aiding them with technical support and advice as required.
* Upskilling internal staff on product developments, providing training, attending CPD's with consultants and occasional customer visits to provide technical assistance.
* Management of an operational team, overseeing orders, deliveries and stock levels.
* As part of the management team, you'll be developing strategy, driving and improving service levels and mentoring your team effectively.

THE PERSON
* We're seeking a Mechanically led Building Services Engineer.
* You could be a Design Engineer, Estimator, Projects Engineer or Service Manager with a background of working for an M&E consulting practice, M&E contractor or from an HVAC manufacturer/distributor as an Applications or pre-sales engineer.
* Ideally seeking a strong technical knowledge, led by Air Conditioning, Heat Pumps & Chillers within commercial projects.
* Excellent communicator, with the skills to manage a small team.

THE PACKAGE
A basic salary up to £53k with full benefits and good pension scheme.
Bonus approx £5-7k
25 days holiday.

THE LOCATION
Based in the West London office.
Suitable locations include: West London, Slough, Ealing, Hayes, Isleworth.
