Lead Building Services Engineer

A leading family feel, Hard FM contractor with over 70 engineers, currently has a key requirement for a Lead Building Services Engineer for commercial offices between Reading and London. Covering general M&E tasks, including water temp monitoring, emergency light testing, lamping, small plumbing repairs and other reactive work. Paid up to £44,000 + van + package

As a Lead Building Services Engineer, you will be: -

• Lead Building Services Engineer will cover service and Maintenance of BMS front end systems
• Lead Building Services Engineer will carry out regular PPM's on Electrical systems and Mechanical plant
• Lead Building Services Engineer will complete breakdowns on Electrical systems and Mechanical plant
• Lead Building Services Engineer will fault find and repair Electrical systems and Mechanical plant
• Lead Building Services Engineer will spend 2 days covering maintenance tasks in Reading and 3 days overseeing other sites
• Lead Building Services Engineer will be paid up to £44,000 depending on experience and what travel package you choose

Requirements for the Lead Building Services Engineer: -

• Lead Building Services Engineer will complete RAMS
• Lead Building Services Engineer to have experience in PPM's on Electrical systems and Mechanical plant
• Lead Building Services Engineer to have fault finding and repair experience on Electrical systems and Mechanical plant
• Lead Building Services Engineer should have experience with being client facing and having good relationship building skills
• Lead Building Services Engineer to be within easy commute to Central London
