A leading Building services maintenance contractor has a key requirement for a Mobile Multi-skilled M&E Engineer across several large commercial properties in Berkshire, Buckinghamshire and Hertfordshire. Mobile Multi-skilled M&E Engineer will be carrying out maintenance and repairs on mechanical and electrical building systems
As a Mobile Multi-skilled M&E Engineer, you will be responsible for: -
- Performing PPM's and reactive breakdowns on electrical and mechanical plant, Emergency lighting checks, Battery drain downs, lamping and small remedial works on electrical power.
- Carrying out PPM's and Reactive breakdowns on AHU's and FCU's.
- Covering sites in Berkshire, Buckinghamshire and Hertfordshire
- Be paid up to £39k basic dependent on experience plus van plus package
- Will benefit from 1 in 20 callout, this is paid at £100 and has a minimum of 4hr paid if called out
To be Successful as the Mobile Multi-skilled M&E Engineer, you will have
- A Mechanical or Electrical qualification, 236 part 1&2, 2360 1&2 or equivalent
- Experience and knowledge in building services.
- A Full UK driving licence
- Live within commutable distance from Slough
Mobile Multi-skilled M&E Engineer: - up to £39,000, (Depending on experience) + Van + Call Out + Holiday
