Typically, this person will will support the MD with the strategy, business direction, personnel and ultimately growth of the business.

Duties and responsibilities of the General Manager:

• You will: Ensure all operations are carried out safely with minimal environmental impact, In line with the company policies and procedures and relevant laws, regulations
• Oversee daily business operations to meet customer delivery, quality, and Budget expectations
• Work with other UK locations and the overseas partners to achieve collective success
• Control costs and investments, working with Finance Manager to monitor budgets and support financial reports
• Develop and implement growth strategies to achieve the company's goals and objectives
• Support commercial activities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders including marketing and public relations
• Support and develop team, organising inductions, training, and recruitment
• Carry out team disciplinaries, conflict resolution and reviews, with support from mentor
• Manage company assets and vehicles, ensuring they are kept in safe working condition
• Maintain a positive outlook and attitude about the company and our goals, promoting company values
• Provide leadership and direction to all employees and foster a positive work environment
• Evaluate and improve business processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness

Qualifications and requirement for the General Manager

• Full Driving Licence
• Passport
