Location: Redditch
Hours: 8am - 4pm (Monday to Friday)
Salary: £26,000 to £28,000 per annum (Depending on experience)
The Role/Company:
We are working exclusively with an industry leading Training provider. The successful candidate will provide administration support to the training team. If you are interested in working with a supportive team where you can learn and develop then this would be a great opportunity.
Responsibilities:
- Appropriately answer telephone, email and personal enquiries and refer to appropriate members of staff when needed.
- Procurement of relevant training materials and equipment needed for the courses.
- General Administration duties including data entry, website maintenance, booking travel/ catering/accommodation, note taking during meetings, paperwork, filing and photocopying.
- Use a range of office software such as Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Assist other administrators during busy periods and provide cover when needed.
- Purchase stationary and publicity materials.
- Organise office layout.
- Manage online and paper filing systems.
- Introduce and promote equality and diversity policy.
- Check data protection laws are being followed in relation to data storage.
Experience/Skills Required:
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and other commonly used packages.
- Strong IT and typing skills.
- Ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure.
- Good team working skills with the confidence to lead and motivate.
- Attention to detail.
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing workloads.
