Job Title:             Setter - Perm Night shifts

Salary:                 Negotiable dependent upon skill and experience

Location:             Greater Manchester, Stockport, Cheshire, Lancashire, Warrington

Shift:                   10pm - 6am:  Monday - Friday 

Specialist recruitment agency Martin Anthony Recruitment has been assigned exclusively by a well-established and successful manufacturing business that is currently seeking a Setter with Plastic Injection Moulding experience to join their team. The business is undergoing expansion due to increased sales and has clear objectives for continued growth over the next 3 – 5 years and beyond. Added to this the business prides itself on its positive culture and strong values that they work to.

Setter Responsibilities: 

• To undertake production changes and tool changes.
• Troubleshooting and process optimisations.
• To ensure that machines are operated to an acceptable standard and within the set target and cycle times.
• Deliver against agreed manufacturing targets.
• Operate in a safe and organised manner.

The Setter Person:

• You will have excellent knowledge and experience in injection moulding processes and related materials and equipment.
• You will be well organised, and able to deal with numbers and standards.
• Be a positive person with the ability to support and encourage others.
