Position - Project Manager - UK

Industry - Delivering water technology and process expertise - Or in this case installation of Water Treatment Plants.

Location - Remote/Onsite

Salary/Package - £50,000 - £65,000, Car Allowance, 25 days holiday exc banks, Health perks/Death in service, & all Technology provided.

Established for over 80 years and delivering Industry leading water technology and process expertise to solve water challenges. Solutions are designed and installed to ensure water is safe, reliable, and produced sustainably.

Design, Install, and Service is at the core of the business, meeting the needs of clients across the following industries: Healthcare, Data Centres, Industrial, Pharmaceutical, Municipal, and Sustainable.

My client is multinational and we're looking to increase awareness and projects within the UK.

The majority of current contracts tend to be Southeast/London based, but projects will be won throughout the UK.

Projects can vary from 100k to 5million+

*Ideally we are looking for a candidate that has completed full cycle projects with experience of MEP Engineering/projects.

Essential duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • In this role, you will plan and work on all aspects of the installation of Water Treatment Plants.
  • The ideal candidate for this role will hold Project Management experience between 3 to 5 years, and ideally within Water Treatment Plant works, but not essential.
  • Work in the areas of water systems and treatment plant evaluation, master planning and project delivery.
  • Coordinating and adjusting the work effort within the project team to ensure project work is completed on schedule and within allocated budget.
  • Execution of project design (management of resources within constraints of project budget and schedule) and culminating with management of bid and construction phase engineering service support.
  • Maintain regular and constructive communication with clientele and project team members.
  • Simultaneously managing multiple projects and clients.
  • Independently coordinating the work of commissioning engineers and sub-contractors throughout the project's execution.
  • Compiling post project completion documentation.
  • Establish and maintain client relations.
  • Support business development activities.

Must have or hold:

  • Project Engineering & Project Management experience.
  • Supply chain management
  • Experience around Gantt charts / programme management
  • Handling Technical documents – Internal support offered
  • Commercials / Contractual terms – Internal support offered.
  • Experience in the Mechanical & Electrical industry
  • Ideally, Water treatment, water storage tank, pumps, piping & electrical install experience is added advantage.
  • Full UK Licence – Essential
