Our client is a leading Commissioning and Validation Consultancy operating in the Construction Industry.

They would like to recruit an experienced CX to oversee a portfolio of data centre projects in the UK and Europe.

Role:

• Reporting to a Divisional Director, you will lead a team of site-based Commissioning Managers delivering a range of client-side services to data centre projects across the UK.
• You may have 5-10 direct reports.
• You may be home based with site visits including overseas - you will be expected to visit the Central London office once or twice a week.
• Project services may be client-side representation, commissioning management, factory testing etc.

Person:

• You will hold a recognized electrical qualification.
• You will have experience of delivering electrical packages on data centre projects.
• You will have client-side, consultancy or end-user experience.
• You will have excellent technical knowledge and very good 'soft skills' i.e. good at motivating and developing those around you.

This role would suit a CX with good data centre experience who feels ready to take the step in their career and manage a division. You will be given full support to develop into a leader.
