Our client is a very successful and established manufacturing business and Staffbase have been appointed to recruit for the position of Electrical Maintenance Engineer.

The Role:

Reporting to the Engineering Manager you will be responsible for undertaking planned and reactive electrical and some mechanical maintenance and repair of a wide range of machinery.

Duties will include but is not limited to the following;

  • Maintenance, service and repair of automated machinery
  • 3-phase electrical fault find and repair control panels, motors, inverters, contactors, sensors, relays, plc's, HMI's etc etc
  • Pumps, motors
  • Hydraulics, pneumatics
  • Some basic facilities maintenance

Candidate:

We are seeking experienced maintenance engineer (electrical bias) ideally with experience in plc (inputs/outputs) and HMI work

You will have excellent mechanical and electrical fault find and repair skills..

Must have a recognised mechanical engineering qualification and applicants with electrical engineering qualification will have advantage.

Hours of Work:

Monday to Friday 8am - 4.30pm
