As a Panel Wirer, you will play a crucial role in the assembly and wiring of control panels, ensuring that our products meet industry standards and client specifications. This position requires a strong understanding of electrical systems, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Duties include (but are not limited to):
-Read and interpret engineering drawings
-Assemble and wire control panels according to the design specifications
-Install and connect electrical components, such as relays, switches, and control devices
-Perform quality checks to ensure panels meet safety and quality standards
-Troubleshot and resolve electrical issues during assembly process
-Collaborate with other team members, including engineers and project managers
-Maintain a clear and organised work area
The Ideal Candidate:
-Proven experience as a Panel Wirer or similar role
-Strong knowledge of electrical systems and components
-Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
-Familiarity with electrical codes and regulations
-Excellent attention to detail and precision in work
Hours of Work:
40 hours per week
Day shift
Pay Rate:
£14 - £15 per hour
