Salary: £50,000
Remote Working / Redditch
We have an opportunity for a Business Development Manager to join a thriving precision engineering company in Redditch and become a valuable part of the next phase of growth for the business.
This role will be remote working with 1 day per month in the office. The ideal candidates will be based within the Midlands or South as you will need to be in easy reach of the Redditch office as well as client sites. As Business Development Manager day-to-day your role will entail driving high value, new business growth within targeted sectors.
To be considered you will need to demonstrate the following skills and experience:
- Experience of Industrial / Manufacturing / Engineering sales needed
- Experience of successfully delivering new business growth
- Confident liaising with high value clients at a senior level
- Experience of generating leads through networking and exhibitions
If successful you can expect a salary of circa £50,000 depending on the experience you can offer, along with the chance to grow with the business.
