Senior Structural Engineer required!

Here at Blueprint Recruitment, we are looking for an experienced Structural Engineer to join a reputable Engineering Consultancy, on a permanent staff basis.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on a hybrid basis, attending the Leytonstone office 3 days per week to work on new build and refurbishment projects.

Our client is looking for a Structural Engineer to play a crucial role in the design and analysis of various structural projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Successfully coordinate teams and projects
• Act as the point of contact for clients
• Develop detailed designs
• Analysing Structural components
• Develop designs from scheme stages through to construction
• Contribute to the development of more junior staff members
• Attending project and client meetings

Key Requirements:

• 8 years' experience working as a Structural Engineer
• Ability to coordinate teams and projects
• A chartered Engineer status or working towards
• Ability to be client facing
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Previously led the Structural Engineering delivery of projects
• Ability to prepare bids and proposals
• Able to make decisions and act on your own initiative
