Due to growth within the company, they are looking to strengthen their Power Electronics offering and have multiple roles open between Senior and Principal Level.

This role would suit someone who not only cares about the technical aspects of this area, but deeply cares about making the world a more sustainable and healthy place to live.

Skills you'll need

• Experience in SMPS design from clean sheet to production.
• Experience with the main topologies Buck, Boost, Flyback, Half bridge, Full bridge et
• Understanding of resonant supplies such as LLC, PSFB et
• Understanding of PFC at kW power
• Understanding of Digital SMPS Control
• Strong Experience design documentation, Design Reports, WCCA, FMEA, De-Rating Analysis, Test Specifications/plan's etc
• Understanding of at high frequencies in the MHz
• Ideally experience with Altium schematic capture and Layout.

• Must be able to take instruction and know when to work a problem and when to ask for help
• Good self awareness, understanding their strengths and weaknesses, without being arrogant.
• Strong team working skills
• Strong time management

There is a competitive salary on offer, aswell as a perfomrance related bonus scheme.

The role is fully remote, with one visit to the site epr fortnight required.
